There’s always something special about bringing through new drum & bass talent on the label. The feeling of supporting the next generation of the genre to flourish is something that has always motivated us, and will continue to do so! Our latest release is testament to this drive. Introducing two debutants to the label: Swaz, an up-and-coming artist who has impressed us with his early productions, and Spyda Jr – the son of one of Born On Road’s closest friends, MC Spyda, who is stepping into the D&B world with a swagger in his steps. Together, they enter the label with new single “Southside Resident”, a rolling beat carrying us into the upcoming club season with its catchy melody, hefty bass riff and slick lyricism. The future is looking undeniably bright for our scene.
